Preliminary Assessment
Our hiring team shall assess the applications submitted by all candidates so as to ensure equality in opportunity and determine the eligible candidates who satisfy the required qualifications.

Interviews
A Preliminary Interview/Telephone Interview (only for the positions requiring specialization) and a HR Interview, intended at getting familiar with you, and an Interview, either online and/or face-to-face, with the respective Department Manager for the purpose of determining the favorableness of your professional knowledge/experience will be held.

Tests
A Foreign Language Level Exam (for the positions requiring speaking in a foreign language) will be held in addition to the Skills and Competencies Test.

Employment Offer
At the final stage, an employment offer letter, which will be as based on the job evaluation and include the employment terms and conditions, will be offered. Now you are one of the members of our developing and growing BHM team!
