Maintaining its operations as a 50%-50% joint venture together with the Germany based TUI Group, the company has 4 hotels within its organization. It offers hospitality management service on ultra-all-inclusive basis with TUI BLUE Sensatori Barut Sorgun, Kemer Barut Collection, TUI BLUE Sensatori Barut Fethiye and The Residence at TUI BLUE Sensatori Fethiye, its hotels at various locations varying from Side to Fethiye.

It offers industrial laundry service with a daily laundry capacity of 80 tons, all of which are in tunnel formwork, at its factory established in the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone.
